The Scientific Journals of the University of Technology in Katowice
The Scientific Journals of the University of Technology in Katowice (ISSN 2082-7016, e-ISSN 2450-5552 ), have been continually published since 2010. They are published by the University of Technology in Katowice Press (list of ranked publishers of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, lp. 765, Publisher Identification Number 87700.
Scientific Journals are included in the Ministry of Education and Science list of scientific journals and peer-reviewed proceedings of international conferences for 20 points.
The Scientific Board is responsible for the substantive level of the articles.
The Scientific Journals of the University of Technology in Katowice are an international, open, reviewed, interdisciplinary scientific journal focusing mainly on theory, methods, and practical applications in fields of pedagogy, social communications, psychology, economy, management, sociology, social work, health care, and other social disciplines. In addition, periodically there are works published in the fields in which UTK students are educated encompassing content from such research areas as automation, urban planning and architecture, information and communication technology, preservation of historical sites, architectural design, civil engineering, geodesy and transport, especially in the context of their functions and social responsibility.

The editorial team hereby informs all interested parties that currently the journals are published biannual appearing in printed as well as the electronic version in June and December of each year.
The UTK Scientific Journals are an international platform of exchange of thoughts, experiences, and practices in the fields indicated above, that is why works are published not only in Polish but also – for a majority of them – in the world languages: English and Russian. All articles are summarized in English.
We welcome all scientists from academic centers and other research units in Poland and abroad to publish with us and hope that our collaboration brings satisfaction to all our Authors!
The editorial team accepts texts in Polish, English, Russian, and Ukrainian.
